Shipping & Refund Policy — Courts (Final Sale)

1. Shipping Policy

All courts (Padel, Padbol, Pickleball) are shipped via certified freight carriers.
Shipping includes crating, handling, export documentation, and delivery to the address provided at checkout or in the purchase agreement.

Shipping timelines vary depending on production, logistics availability, and destination. Estimated delivery windows provided by our team are approximate and subject to change due to freight carrier schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, or force-majeure events.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The customer must inspect all crates, pallets, and materials upon arrival.
Any visible damage must be documented immediately:

  • Take clear photos and videos of the damage

  • Note discrepancies on the carrier’s delivery receipt

  • Notify us within 24 hours

Failure to document damages at delivery may invalidate freight claims and warranties.


2. Final Sale — Non-Refundable

All court orders (Padel, Padbol, and Pickleball) are final sale due to the following:

  • Courts are produced to order and manufactured specifically for each client

  • Custom fabrication, color selection, glass, turf, and structural components cannot be reused or returned

  • Freight costs and international logistics are non-reversible once the shipment has departed our facility

Therefore:

No refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted once:

  1. Production has started, or

  2. The order has shipped from our factory

All sales are final.
No exceptions.


3. Damage, Missing Parts, or Claims

If any component arrives damaged or missing, we will replace the affected part(s) as per the freight insurance terms and only if reported within 24 hours following delivery.

Replacements are limited to the damaged items, not full court refunds.


4. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing a court, the customer acknowledges the following responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate delivery information (address, contact, access details)

  • Ensure the site is accessible for trucks and unloading equipment

  • Have personnel available to receive and inspect the shipment

  • Cover any fees related to limited access, storage, re-delivery, or customs (if applicable)


5. Installation

If installation is included, it will be coordinated separately from the freight delivery.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the slab, surface, and site conditions meet the required technical specifications.

If installation is not included, the customer assumes full responsibility for assembly using the instructions and drawings provided.


6. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order, submitting a deposit, or accepting a pro forma invoice, the customer fully accepts the terms of this Shipping & Refund Policy and agrees that the purchase is non-refundable and final once fabrication or shipping begins.
